Well, one of my chatting buddies on Splitcoast sent a group of us a box of goodies we couldn't open until Saturday. Then, we got instructions on what to do with the contents. There were 4 House Mouse images and some embellishments. We had a theme that we had to follow for each image. This image had to have a wine & dine background, shape or theme. Well, I am stretching with my "Damask/lace edged tablecloth" No? Hey! I don't do cute very well and I think I found a compromise to make this a classy little rodent. The floral batik background (Innovative Stamp Creations) was stamped in Ranger Clear Resist ink on Glossy white CS. I brayered it with Elegant Eggplant ink and spritzed it with a combination of gold perfect pearls, water and a drop of Tim Holtz distress reinker in Dusty Concord. The image was colored with copics and got the same shimmer finish giving the white CS a nice lavendar tone. I edged the panel with a gold Zig Painty pen. The edge was punched with a Fiskars lace border punch. The gorgeous irridescent purple ribbon has a green edge to it and is May Arts. The mouse layers are on dimensionals.
