Today's Rubbernecker Blog challenge is brought to us by Bev Gerard. Create a card using 2 or more folds. I chose to make a gate fold card with a twist.
Start with a piece of cardstock cut 5 1/2" x 11", Score at 3 1/4" & 7 1/2". Make a small score mark at the top left at 2 1/4" & the bottom right at 8 1/2".
Turn the cardstock and line up the small score with the bottom left corner and score. Repeat on the right side lining up the bottom score with the top right corner. Cut the angles creating the diagonal edges.
Stamps used are all available from Rubbernecker Stamp Co. in the Rubbernecker Fall category. I used Give Thanks, Acorn Set, Happy Thanksgiving Text & the petite folk art leaf. Inks include: Adirondack pigment Pitch Black, Butterscotch, Terra Cotta & Cranberry. Versamagic Chalk Jumbo Java. Distress Scattered Straw, Vintage Photo and Peeled Paint.
You might be thinking, "How do I play along?" Easy! All you have to do is use the challenge requirement and upload your project to your blog and/or your online gallery. We love to showcase your projects on this blog, and ask that you please come back to this post, and add a link to your project in the comment section. In other words, we love looking at new eye-candy just like you!
