Tender Thoughts Watercolor

I love the way this turned out! Stamps are from Innovative Stamp Creations Nature Silhouettes 1 stamp sheet. The floral image was colored with Watercolor crayons in green, purples and red/pinks. I misted the rubber and stamped on watercolor paper. The stamp was cleaned and inked with Versafine Smokey Grey ink and I wiped some of the ink off the flowers before overstamping the foliage using a stamp positioner. The text is also from the same set. The watercolor paper was misted with a mixture of Perfect Pearls/Pearl and water for a subtle shimmer. Oh, I sponged the background using Tim Holtz Distress ink/Faded Jeans before misting the stamped layer as well. The ribbon tails were heated for a distressed look.
