The fern background (180-06) was stamped on Artist Watercolor paper in Stazon Timber Brown, DTP'd with Tim Holtz Shabby Shutter distress ink, misted with water and set aside to dry. The shipping tag was also stamped using a collage stamp (261-03) sponged with TH Broken China, Scattered Straw, Spiced Marmalade, Shabby Shutter, Fired Brick & Peeled Paint. I sponged the dragonfly with Brilliance Peacock tri colored pad. The tag was spritzed with Perfect Pearls. When dry, crystal stickles were added and the Dream (2210-04) text was stamped in Stazon Jet Black. Fibers were added after layering the tag on light yellow and blue cardstock. A tag corner punch was used on the right hand edges and the punched off part was flipped over and glued on top of the layers. I added stick on gemstones to the bottom corner.
