Wacky Wednesday #14 – a color challenge

  Broni is hosting the wacky wednesday challenge this week and she chose a color challenge. 

Prism: Spring Willow Medium, Intense Orange, Intense Yellow (SU! Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Summer Sun)  the combination goes perfectly with 7gypsies Market Paper.  I used 2 different patterns from the 12 x 12 collection.

The Faux Metal bamboo layer was created by cutting a lightweight coaster to the desired size, pressing it into an embossing ink pad and then Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel.  I used a melting pot to heat/melt the powder because the large particles don’t fly all over the place like they do using a heat gun.  3 layers of UTEE were added and then the Bamboo stamp inked with Stazon Jet Black was pressed in to the hot layers.  The stamp will stick to the UTEE.  Just leave it and let the whole thing cool for a few minutes before seperating the rubber from the embossed chipboard.
